Life transitions, identity, and self-esteem
Faith and spirituality (optional and client-led)
Trauma recovery and relationship challenges
Whether you're looking for faith-based guidance, mindful therapy, or simply someone who understands—you’re welcome here.
Is the counsellor qualified?
I am currently a Level 4, second-year trainee, studying towards BACP accreditation with a focus on Islamic counselling. I am an integrative counsellor, drawing on both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Existential Psychotherapy. My approach is tailored to each individual, combining practical tools for managing thoughts and behaviours with deeper exploration of meaning, identity, and personal values. This allows me to support clients in both navigating immediate challenges and fostering long-term personal growth.
All counselling sessions are conducted with professional supervision to ensure you receive safe, ethical, and effective care throughout your journey.
As a trainee, I currently offer all sessions free of charge—making it easier for you to access support in a welcoming and safe space.
What should I expect during a session?
Each session lasts 50 minutes and is online or in-person, in the comfort and privacy of your own space in a safe, confidential environment. As an integrative counsellor, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to suit your individual needs.
The first our first session is an assessment and consultation. In this session we’ll explore what’s brought you here, what you’d like support with, and how we might work together. You set the pace—there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for.
Sessions can include faith-based or spiritual perspectives if that’s important to you, but this is entirely your choice. It’s your space, and you’ll be met with compassion, curiosity, and care.
Clients typically have up to 6 sessions, giving us time to explore your needs and work towards your goals.
